Today we woke up to that first breath taking scene of snow. Six inches, not enough to play in yet, but it is a start. Dusting the trees like a seasonal greetings card.It won't be long now and the snowmobile trails will be groomed, the Algonquin Park will get the Cross Country ski trails set and the snow ploughs will be busy keeping highway 60, to our door open and safe. That is the beauty of the Algonquin Inn location and accommodations with gas stations both five minutes before and after us on high way 60, great for Cars and Snowmobiles alike.
